The Learning & Development Intern will work on building the learning function at GoHighLevel, a global SaaS organization. The role involves working on real systems, content, and programs used across the organization, including onboarding & learning operations, LMS management, content creation, program & process management, and learning session execution.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or related fields
- Strong written communicator
- Proactive and reliable
- Comfortable working with tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and comfort working with data and simple analysis
