Hatch is hiring a Growth Strategy Lead to act as a strategic partner to our marketing and executive leadership team. The role focuses on understanding where growth is working, where it’s breaking, and how we should respond. You will operate across all acquisition channels, connecting signals from marketing, product, web, retail, and customer behavior to surface the highest-impact opportunities for growth and guide how we act on them, grounded in data and performance insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing strategy, business strategy, or similar roles within high-growth consumer or e-commerce environments
- Strong ability to work with data and synthesize it into clear, actionable insights and recommendations; comfortable using tools like SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms with a focus on interpretation over reporting
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership with clear thinking, strong judgment, and compelling communication
- Deep understanding of marketing growth levers, including channel mix, audience expansion, and conversion optimization
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments across marketing and web channels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories that drive alignment and action
- High curiosity and strong business judgment, with a focus on identifying what matters most
