At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate, and we're seeking a Head of Content & Strategy to build and execute a holistic content strategy that establishes Harvey as the authoritative voice in legal AI, drives awareness in key markets, and fuels pipeline for GTM. This role requires both editorial instinct and operational rigor, and you will design the frameworks, systems, and processes that allow Harvey's story to be told consistently across every touchpoint from long-form thought leadership, blog, to social, SEO, and video.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally with B2B SaaS or professional services exposure
- 5+ years managing content and social marketing teams
- Demonstrated success building and scaling content engines that balance brand storytelling with measurable business impact
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Experience managing multi-channel content strategies, including SEO, social, and video
- Proven ability to establish governance, processes, and scalable content frameworks
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for marketing a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with a bias toward clarity and authority
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
