Sr Quality Engineer

Note:- this is shift based role and its mandatory to work in evening shift

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
Maintain test documentation and provide detailed reports on test results and issues.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in ServiceNow testing.
Use automated testing tools (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework) where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
Must be willing to work in shifts
Strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules.
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
