Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in either of Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes.
Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams
Hands-on experience executing ITIL Process methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical process details into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement optimizations.
Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements.
