Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a high-performing UI/UX Developer to work within a fast-paced, remote Agile DevOps team, contributing and collaborating within your scrum team daily. The role involves designing and implementing intuitive, accessible user interfaces for enterprise web applications, working with a team to deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to collect and evaluate user requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable Certifications or experience
- 2–4 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience for web applications
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Experience using collaborate design tools like Mural for remote ideation, user journey mapping, and team workshops
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) for wireframes, prototypes, and flows
- Strong ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript skills for building accessible, responsive UIs
- Demonstrated Section 508/WCAG compliance (semantic HTML, contrast testing, keyboard navigation, screen reader validation)
- Proven experience creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across enterprise applications (e.g., Material UI, custom design libraries)
- Experience integrating UIs with REST APIs
- Hands-on with automated UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium)
- Experience contributing to usability testing and iterating based on user feedback
- A portfolio of work samples is required, showcasing case studies that detail your design thinking, user research, problem-solving approach, and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, able to present design rationale and collaborate across teams
- Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design processes, including stakeholder interviews, user research, ideation, and usability testing
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
