Haldren is seeking a part-time remote onboarding consultant to speak with qualified companies that have requested support with open roles. This is a flexible opportunity for an experienced recruitment or business development professional who can handle high-level conversations with confidence and credibility.
The right person will be thoughtful, polished, and comfortable guiding clients through an initial qualification discussion. You should be able to understand hiring needs quickly, ask intelligent questions, and leave a strong professional impression.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Calls
- Conduct 1–3 scheduled video meetings per day with prospective clients
- Guide discussions through a structured qualification process
- Present Haldren’s recruitment services clearly and effectively
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in every call
Handover and Coordination
- Gather hiring requirements and transition qualified clients internally
- Respond to client questions and provide follow-up where needed
- Ensure timelines, notes, and next steps are captured accurately
Documentation and Improvement
- Update CRM records, statuses, and notes promptly after each conversation
- Track conversion activity and suggest practical process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or consultative B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to qualify needs through structured conversation
- Good analytical judgment and practical problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and office software
- Reliable self-management in a remote work environment
- At least 25 years of prior work experience
