Why This Role Exists
This role plays a meaningful part in the growth of the company 💯 As an Email Marketer you’ll contribute by driving revenue from email marketing across our eCommerce stores, building high-performing email flows and campaigns, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies, while developing your skills in a performance-driven environment.
This is a role for someone who wants to build, improve, and grow, not just maintain the status quo.
What You’ll Own & Build
In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:
Increase revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25%
Improve performance of key email flows and campaigns
Consistently test, optimize, and report on performance
Take clear ownership of the email channel with measurable results
What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to work with someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce
Is hands-on with Klaviyo (required)
Has experience with Shopify (nice to have)
Possesses a creative mindset with strong copywriting skills
Is analytical and data-driven, focused on performance improvement
Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
