ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join their long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales team. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a BA/BS degree, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. The role will involve developing strategic business plans, influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment, and delivering results against business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years of specialty sales experience
- BA/BS degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Analytical ability

- Decision making ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required
