Marketing Manager (Meta Ads, Figma, Web Development)

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-volume marketing campaigns for US-based clients. You’ll play a key role in managing paid ads, website projects, and creative design while coordinating across internal teams. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and can balance creativity with performance-driven execution.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for various brands.
Oversee website development projects, ensuring performance and UX standards.
Create and collaborate on visual assets in Figma for campaigns and web layouts.
Manage daily tasks and team workflows using ClickUp or Asana.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for better ROI.
Collaborate with internal departments (no client-facing responsibilities).
Requirements:
Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads.
Experience working with US clients or US-based markets.
Strong design and layout skills in Figma.
Solid understanding of website development and digital marketing funnels.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency with ClickUp or Asana for project management.
