We’re looking for a Team Lead to support and guide the SEO and Paid Ads production teams.
You’ll make sure work is completed accurately, team members are supported, and performance stays consistent week after week. This role is about keeping teams aligned, engaged, and accountable while acting as the main point of contact between the production teams and Operations Manager.

What You’ll Work On
Team Oversight and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO and Paid Ads production teams
- Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins with team members to discuss workload, challenges, and morale
- Ensure each team member understands priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Support a positive team culture focused on collaboration, feedback, and growth
Performance and Accountability
- Monitor weekly output and quality across both SEO and Paid Ads teams
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
- Flag performance or process issues to the Operations Manager and suggest actionable improvements
- Maintain a clear view of individual and team performance metrics
Coordination and Reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operational goals are met
- Summarize key updates from the production teams in weekly reports
- Help ensure alignment between QA, SEO, and Paid Ads initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and communication systems
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, SEO, or paid advertising
- Experience leading or mentoring small to mid-sized production teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Ability to maintain engagement and accountability in a remote-first environment
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing or automation platforms
- Understanding of ad performance metrics or SEO quality workflows
- Prior experience in team operations or project delivery management
