GTM Engineer (Zero-to-One)

We’re looking for a founding GTM Engineer who can blend engineering, automation, and growth into one role. You’ll be the person who automation, and growbuilds the engine behind our revenue motions—from workflow automation to custom data integrations to early product experimentation. This is a workflow automation to custom data integrations zero-to-one role for someone who loves building from scratch and shipping fast.
What You’ll Do
Build and own automated GTM systems across the stack (prospecting → enrichment → routing → outreach → reporting)
Develop Python-based scripts, microservices, and integrations to connect GTM tools and data sources
Stand up workflows in tools like Clay, Apollo.io, n8n, and others
Design, test, and ship 0→1 internal tools, scrapers, LLM-driven workflows, and growth experiments
Architect scalable pipelines for enrichment, scoring, and lead intelligence
Partner directly with founders on strategy, tooling, and early product discovery
Act as the technical backbone of revenue — solving GTM bottlenecks with engineering
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have strong Python experience (APIs, automations, data workflows, FastAPI/Flask, scraping, etc.)automations, data workflows, FastAPI/
Have hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Apollo.io, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot/SalesforceAPIsApollo.io, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot/Salesforce
Have worked in early-stage startups or acted as a founding engineer
Can take vague GTM problems and independently build the automation, tooling, or script to solve them
Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from architecture to execution
Thrive in ambiguity and love taking things from zero-to-one
Understand the GTM motion: data, enrichment, ICP, routing, sequences, experimentation
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with growth experimentation
Exposure to RevOps, sales engineering, or marketing ops
Familiarity with LLM/AIautomationworkflows
Built scrapers, bots, or custom enrichment pipelines
Comfortable working closely with sales, growth, and product teams
