Through groundbreaking technology and a steadfast commitment to innovation, GROWMARK, Inc. is revolutionizing the agricultural and energy sectors across North America. Established in 1927, GROWMARK began when Illinois Farm Bureau members organized local agricultural cooperatives to meet the growing demand for a reliable fuel supply. This initiative led to the formation of Illinois Farm Supply Company, which later merged with similar organizations in Iowa and Wisconsin to become FS Services, Inc. In 1980, GROWMARK, Inc. was established through the consolidation of FS Services, Inc. and Illinois Grain Corporation. The FS trademark, adopted in 1955, continues to represent quality, integrity, expertise, and dependability for its member cooperatives.

GROWMARK's dedication to advancing the industry is evident in its adoption of cutting-edge technology tools such as Vendavo, Google Analytics, and the myFS Agronomy app. These tools empower sales professionals to leverage advanced solutions, effectively meeting diverse customer needs. The company actively pursues strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives, such as the acquisition of AgraForm, LLC., and collaborations with companies like Eion, COFCO International, Traction Ag, and Optimus Technologies. These partnerships create opportunities for collaborative sales efforts, cross-selling, and the introduction of new product lines, driving revenue growth. Furthermore, GROWMARK is deeply committed to sustainability, demonstrated by its work with Optimus Technologies on biodiesel testing and the development of products like InnerSoy. This focus on eco-friendly solutions opens sales prospects in the sustainable agriculture market. With a robust presence in numerous states and Canada, GROWMARK is well-positioned for significant sales expansion, particularly in regions where it has an established footprint. The company provides a comprehensive range of products and services, including agronomy, energy, facility engineering and construction, logistics, and grain marketing management services, serving nearly 400,000 customers.
