Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role
- Strong experience with sourcing and outreach, especially for digital or tech-related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with recruitment tools and ATS systems (experience with BambooHR is a plus)
- Interest in digital professions (media, tech, marketing, product, AI-related roles)
- Based in Europe or West Asia for optimal time zone overlap
