Role and Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor, you will act as a strategic vendor promoting the GoTo Telemed platform. You retain total control over your daily workflows, schedule, and methods. To succeed in generating leads, your primary scope of deliverables and typical daily activities will include:

  • B2B Network Expansion: Utilizing professional platforms like LinkedIn to connect with clinic administrators, IT directors, and independent physicians to share insights on telehealth integration.
  • B2C Community Engagement: Serving as a digital health resource in local Facebook groups, parenting networks, and community forums by sharing educational, HIPAA-compliant health content.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Leveraging organic SEO practices by creating and posting short-form videos or text posts on platforms like YouTube and X to capture searches for virtual doctors and online prescriptions.
  • Lead Cultivation: Utilizing the initial baseline of warm provider leads supplied directly to your centralized GoTo Telemed contractor dashboard to initiate outreach.
  • Local Market Outreach: Building relationships with local school districts, businesses, and community networks to introduce digital health campaigns.

Requirements

This is an open-platform initiative designed for accessibility. Anybody who knows how to operate standard social media platforms can join this program. Whether you are an entry-level social media enthusiast, a seasoned digital marketer, or someone simply looking for flexible, remote income, you are welcome to apply. If you know how to navigate Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube, and have the self-motivation to execute outreach, you can start immediately following a brief onboarding process.

Compensation Structure (100% Commission-Based)

Indeed Compliance Notice: Please read carefully. This is a 100% commission-only independent contractor position. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or earnings cap. Compensation is strictly performance-based, directly tied to your lead generation and verified service adoption:

  • $5.00 Recurring Commission for every new patient successfully generated and onboarded to the platform.
  • $15.00 Flat Commission for every healthcare provider successfully registered.
  • Zero Buy-In: There are no fees to join, no mandatory training costs, and no inventory to purchase. You earn purely on the successful acquisition of end-users.

The GoTo Telemed Product Suite

You will be marketing a highly competitive, enterprise-grade digital clinic platform to two distinct markets:

  • Patient Market (B2C): Promoting 24/7 instant access to experienced clinicians via secure video/audio calls, eliminating waiting rooms, commuting times, and geographical barriers to care.
  • Provider Market (B2B): Pitching a comprehensive clinical hub to medical practices featuring built-in EMR integration, secure HD video conferencing, ePrescribing capabilities, and AI-driven clinical decision support featuring over 300 symptom pathways.

Due to the highly regulated nature of the healthcare industry, all contractors must operate with the utmost professional integrity:

  • HIPAA Compliance: All marketing efforts must rigorously adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You are strictly prohibited from utilizing, requesting, or sharing Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Federal Marketing Guidelines: Social media content must not be deceptive and must clearly state that promotional content does not constitute direct medical advice.
  • Platform Orientation: Upon signing your vendor agreement, a voluntary platform familiarization session will be provided by a product specialist to equip you with the necessary dashboard knowledge without dictating your independent work methods.
