Currently our Account Management Department is looking for an Account Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any communication issues
- Working with clients' objections
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Participate in the sales process
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
