JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Implementation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and integration of software, systems, or services for our new and existing markets. This includes gathering and analyzing clients’ needs, ensuring system configuration specs are appropriate to meet those needs, providing training, and supporting our partners throughout the implementation process, as needed. Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a strong technical background, good understanding of software applications, and excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• 5+ years of management experience required.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• N/A

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Proven experience with vendor management or working as an Implementation Specialist or Analyst.
• Proven ability to manage system configurations and workflow optimizations across multiple markets.
• Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate and oversee implementation process and resources.
• Analyze client needs and develop strategies tailored to their business.
• Ensure system specifications align with client requirements.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Provide insights to system functionality and ensure timely resolutions to any issues that arise.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on the implementation process.
• Coordinate with software developers or vendors to troubleshoot any problems and ensure the system meets the client’s needs.
• Maintain documentation about the system setup and any changes made during implementation.
