This role focuses on automating processes, building analytics pipelines, and delivering real-time insights for risk and compliance. The position will utilize scripting, data engineering, and GenAI tools to modernize ARC workflows and provide decision-support capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in process automation and data analytics/engineering roles
- Proficiency with Python and SQL for data wrangling, automation, and analytical scripting
- Ability to translate process requirements into technical designs and deliver iteratively
- Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud concepts and modern developer practices (e.g., Git, code reviews)
- Comfortable evaluating and using GenAI tooling (prompting, summarization, pattern extraction)
