We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our North Africa region. As a Game Changer, you will manage and grow the distributor business for all GN Hearing brands within the region, reporting directly to the Area VP, AMEA. You will engage with distributors, internal stakeholders, and customers to enhance business operations, cultivate customer ties, and encourage continuous growth.
Requirements
- 5-10 yearsβ experience in B2B sales and distribution management within medical devices, hearing aids, or healthcare
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic
- Skilled strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Experienced in enhancing distributor relationships and increasing sales
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and budget management
- Knowledge of regulatory and registration processes in North Africa
- Proficient in negotiation, clear communication, and effective problem resolution
