Clinical and Product Support Specialist

GN is looking for a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist to join the ANZ Sales Team. In this role, you will collaborate with our territory-based sales team to remotely support customers with their audiological and product training needs to drive positive sales outcomes and strong customer relations.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Sales Team to implement training plans
• Provide high level of Audiological, Product and Technical remote support to customers
• Identify opportunities via customer audiology enquiries to generate revenue
• Have in depth clinical and product knowledge to assist with audiological support, technical support and problem solving
• Provide Product training, Sales training and Audiology training
• Calendar management to ensure availability of online training options
• Monitor external market and present at online group sessions, events, and seminars
• Assist Customer Care and Technical Support teams as required
