ABOUT GMR MARKETING

We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity

NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE.

The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.

NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING.

The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.

NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS.

It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.

GMR is looking for a motivated project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end project management from concept to execution. You will ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with overall goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the agency to help manage project phases and deliverables.

You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to changing timelines and priorities. Agency experience, along with a solid foundation in project management best practices, is a strong plus.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating across teams, and want to help shape how we deliver bold, creative work, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Program Leadership. You’ll manage key workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs, supporting planning, execution, estimating, and scoping, in close partnership with internal teams and clients. You’ll help keep projects operationally by maintaining clear communication, role alignment, and proactive risk awareness. You’ll contribute to improving how we work by identifying process opportunities, sharing learnings, and supporting best practices across teams.
  • Financial Acumen. You’ll support budget tracking and financial reporting by monitoring estimates, flagging variances, and facilitating financial check-ins or updates to collaborative partners.
  • Project Management. You’ll support projects through planning, and execution, helping keep timelines, scopes, and budgets on track. This includes managing day-to-day workflows, change requests, flagging risks or roadblocks as they arise and assisting with estimates and SOWs using input from subject matter experts. Your ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day details will help shape clear roadmaps and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Support. You’ll work closely with and lead project teams and cross-functional partners, helping keep work organized, on track, and aligned with goals. You’ll support colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance when needed, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, open to new ideas, and help ensure your team and partners have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Dynamic Mindset. You’re a natural problem-solver who takes initiative, stays organized, and knows how to adapt when things change. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep things moving without losing sight of the details. You have a willingness to do what it takes to deliver results and support team success.

The annual range for this role varies between $65,000- $75,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
