What you will do:

• You will be part of the Developer Enablement team owning the overall developer experience across our SaaS cloud platform.
• Work on golden path templates for our Product Development teams using excellent engineering practices ensuring high quality and security.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines to ensure high quality and fast delivery of software products.
• Collaborate with technical architects, software engineers, engineering management, cloud engineers, and other SMEs across the business to scale the G-P platform and deliver functional developer-facing products.
• Help define the technical strategy for the assigned platform domain.
• Work with development teams to enhance and improve their software workloads.
• Build and maintain the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes for the overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Complement the efficiencies of agile software development methodology.
• Mentor software engineers to allow for knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in architecting and developing highly scalable enterprise level services, platforms or products.
• Development experience in NodeJS, TypeScript, Java, Python, and shell scripting recommended.
• Strong experience building RESTFUL microservices in the cloud using NodeJS or Java.
• Experience building serverless applications with Lambda and API-Gateway using NodeJS, Java, or Python.
• Experience working with IAM, API-Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cloudformation, Cloudwatch, Event Bridge, SNS, SQS.
• Experience building Event Driven Architecture solutions.
• Strong experience in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) constructs for fully automated infrastructure creation and orchestration using tools AWS SAM, CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies; strong experience with AWS.
• Ability to write scripts and automation code to improve processes and remove bottlenecks in engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins and preferably Github Actions.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining developer experience tooling for CI/CD, security, networks, and tenancy management.
• Excellent communication skills and experience documenting and delivering technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Add-ons:

• AWS certification.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Previous experience in developer enablement, platform engineering, or DevOps role.
