The Senior Revenue Cycle Management at GFT will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.
Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle.
- Resolve complex billing issues and denials.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools.
- Willing to work remotely.
- Ability to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday.
