Role / Scope
- Long-term, dedicated Virtual Assistant to support my commercial real estate brokerage business in Los Angeles.
- Start part-time at 20 hours/week, with the goal of increasing up to 30–40 hours/week if it’s a good fit.
- I work roughly 9am–5pm Pacific and need at least 2–4 hours of daily overlap with my day (the rest can be flexible/asynchronous).
Key Tasks
- Email + calendar management (triage inbox, schedule/confirm meetings and property tours).
- Maintain a deal pipeline/CRM: update stages, dates, estimated commissions; send a simple weekly pipeline summary.
- Create/update basic tour books, one-pagers, and simple slide decks from templates (Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or PowerPoint).
- Organize property files in Google Drive (photos, aerials, marketing packages).
- Draft follow-up emails after meetings/tours based on my notes or voice memos.
- Track key client/prospect touchpoints (last contact, next follow-up).
VA Profile I’m looking for:
- Very strong written and spoken English (U.S. client-facing email quality).
- Strong with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive, reliable, and interested in a long-term role who can grow with my business.
