What you'll be doing

You’re an experienced PM. You've shipped features, run discovery, worked well with engineering and design. You shaped the roadmap and owned significant parts of a larger product and created great results. Now you're ready for more impact & scope in the exciting field of software driven wealth advice that's just developing.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical parts of the getquin experience and shape our new strategy. You'll take features from early discovery through delivery - talking to users, defining the problem, shaping the solution, and shipping with a cross-functional team. You'll work directly alongside our Product Lead and CEO to shape product strategy as we expand into comprehensive wealth management.

This isn't a "write tickets and manage a backlog" PM role. It's a true ownership role where you're expected to deeply understand our users, make informed product decisions, shape strategy and drive outcomes - not just output.

Own your product area end-to-end

  • Take full ownership of critical product experiences - from vision to execution

  • Lead discovery: understand user problems deeply through research, interviews, data, and market analysis

  • Define and prioritise your roadmap based on your key outcomes - balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

  • Ship high-quality features with your cross-functional team (engineering, design, marketing)

Drive continuous discovery

  • Talk to users regularly - run interviews, usability tests, and increase feedback

  • Translate user insights and data into actionable product decisions

  • Validate ideas early before investing in full builds & ship early to learn fast

  • Stay close to the market - understand competitors, trends, and opportunities

Execute and deliver

  • Write clear specs and requirements that engineers and designers can run with

  • Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritise, and unblock delivery

  • Monitor product performance, run experiments, and iterate based on results

  • Own outcomes, not just launches - measure what matters and course-correct

Collaborate and shape strategy

  • Partner with the Product Lead and CEO to shape product strategy and direction

  • Align with stakeholders across the company - marketing, support, sales, leadership

  • Communicate clearly - keep teams informed, drive alignment, surface trade-offs


What we are looking for

You might be a fit if:

  • You have5+ years of broad product management experiencein a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment with popularB2Cmobile apps

  • You'restrong in discovery- you've run user interviews, synthesised insights, and used research to shape product decisions (not just validated what was already decided)

  • You'restrong in execution- you know how to ship. You work well with engineers, you unblock teams, you get things out the door fast

  • You'redata-informed & outcome driven- comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decisions

  • You have asolid technical understanding- you can have real conversations with engineers and make informed trade-offs

  • You'reready to step up- you want more ownership, more responsibility, and you're motivated to grow

  • You’re fluent inEnglish, German is a Plus

Strong plus:

  • Experience at ahigh-growth startup or scale-up

  • You havehands-on experience in fintech, wealth or investing products- brokerage, trading, portfolio tools or similar. You understand the space.

  • Expertise inMonetization Strategyand/orConsumer Subscription Products

  • Track record of0-to-1 product work- building new features or products from scratch

  • Familiarity with latestAI toolsto speed up your day to day product work
