The Recruitment Associate role is a critical part of our recruitment operations. You'll work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements, balancing both relationship management and process execution in a dynamic environment. You're the final decision-maker before candidates meet clients - making you essential to our quality and client satisfaction.
Why Night Shift?
Our clients and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support) are primarily based in US time zones. Working 10 PM - 7 AM Philippine Time allows you to coordinate in real-time with our global teams and serve clients during their business hours, ensuring seamless communication and faster response times. Plus, you'll have your daytime free for personal activities while most people are at work!
Your Impact (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
What you'll do during your shift:
- Source and evaluate top candidates from our existing talent pool (no external sourcing required), aligning with specific client needs and maintaining backup options when leads are limited
- Schedule and conduct multiple interviews during your shift - these are the final interviews before candidates are endorsed to training or introduced to clients, so you play a key role in ensuring readiness and fit
- Handle coordination requests between candidates scheduled for client interviews and our Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication
- Create detailed evaluation reports with strong attention to detail, as these outputs help clients make hiring decisions and represent Magic's quality standards
- Work toward monthly goals by ensuring all recommendations meet our client standards and quality expectations
- Develop resilience and focus in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets - you'll build strong time management skills and learn to excel under deadlines
- Support different teams within recruitment as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and building diverse skills across the recruitment process
