The Impact you’ll make
- Receive and process inbound relocation and buyer/seller leads per brokerage rules and SLAs
- Review CRM/lead system notes; qualify and update missing details
- Conduct brief phone/email follow-ups when required by brokerage policy
- Accurately assign and route leads to the correct agents/teams by territory, specialization, and pre-set rules
- Confirm lead receipt and acceptance with agents; re-assign as needed per policy
- Escalate mismatches, routing exceptions, or urgent relocation requests to management/client services
- Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up
- Track and act on aging leads, acceptance deadlines, and declines
- Maintain compliance with brokerage SLAs and document actions in the system
- Maintain complete and accurate lead records within the brokerage’s relocation/lead systems
- Generate routine reports on lead volumes, assignment accuracy, SLA compliance, and agent acceptance/decline rates
- Identify trends and surface issues impacting performance or data quality
- Liaise with agents, teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs
- Uphold confidentiality and follow data security best practices
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Direct, hands-on experience assigning and managing residential real estate leads in the U.S.
- Proven experience using at least one of these platforms in a brokerage/relocation or leads manager role:
- eRelocation by ASK; AnywheRE or Leads Engine by Reology; Broker Center by Cartus; Global Referral Network by Sotheby’s International Realty; CIH Network by Compass Real Estate
- Prior experience in a large brokerage, franchise, or corporate real estate operations environment (not sole-agent or very small teams)
- Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent; ability to provide a voice sample and brief intro video
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proven ability to meet SLAs in high-volume queues
- Platform proficiency: eRelocation (ASK), AnywheRE/Leads Engine (Reology), Broker Center (Cartus), Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s), CIH Network (Compass)
- CRM and reporting skills; comfortable with spreadsheets to track volumes, SLAs, and agent responses
- Process-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable operating in SLA-bound workflows
- Clear, professional, and concise communicator (email and phone); neutral accent
- High integrity with confidential data; dependable, organized, and proactive
- Able to leverage tools like Magic AI Tool for drafting/research and Grammarly for error-free writing
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- You thrive in structured, high-volume operations and enjoy keeping queues clean and on time
- You understand relocation workflows and global referral networks, and you are comfortable coordinating with agents and internal teams
- You take pride in accuracy, follow SOPs, and consistently hit deadlines
- You communicate clearly, escalate issues early, and solve routing problems without letting SLAs slip
- You have reliable internet, a secure remote workspace, and are ready to provide a voice sample and intro video
