Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or team management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client communication
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience creating reports, workflows, and process documentation
  • Agile, Scrum, PMP, or other project management certifications are a plus

What to expect...
Schedule:
Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

Rate starts at $5 per hour
Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:
Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
