Genworth is looking for an Associate QA/Testing Analyst to support the quality assurance efforts on the Long Term Care claims administration systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree and/or relevant experience as a quality analyst
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Scripting
