Role Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support our outsourced payroll processes for approximately 1,200 employees across 11 European countries.

Working closely with the Payroll Manager and two other team members, you will help ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we continue to evolve and enhance the employee payroll experience.

Our EMEA Payroll team is a collaborative and supportive group based in Nantwich, operating in a hybrid work environment that balances office collaboration with remote work.

We are open to someone working fully remotely as well as someone who is commutable to our Basingstoke or Nantwich offices

You Will

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of UK payroll services, complying with business and legal requirements.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries, providing a high-quality employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Reward CoE, Finance Shared Services, outsourced payroll providers, and HR Shared Services teams.
  • Upload payroll-related data onto relevant payroll portals, download reports, and distribute outputs as needed.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process UK payroll transactions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement regulatory and compliance changes as required.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Process Non-Executive Director payroll and oversee UK tax year-end processing.
  • Handle P11D processing for UK employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in UK payroll processing and understanding of payroll legislation.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and resolve challenges.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing processes and services.
  • Knowledge of EMEA Payroll processing.
  • P11D processing.
  • Shadow payrolls for Expat management.
