Junior Creative Marketing Manager (Ohayu at Genesis)

Hello!

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Creative Marketing Manger who will manage our creative workflow and help us to boost our marketing across different ad channels.

Work type and format: Full-time position. It’s possible to work fully remotely or from our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw.

• We are a mobile and web application (Web, iOS, Android) that enables easy and fast purchases of mobile data packages in any country in the world, leveraging eSIM technology;
• Our product allows seamless use of internet services while traveling at rates much lower than roaming and without having to search for local operators or purchase physical SIM cards;
• With grand ambitions, we aim to evolve our services into a comprehensive Travel App that caters to all travel-related needs, making every journey smoother.

About you:

• 6+ months of experience in a similar position or as a user acquisition manager;
• Ability to effectively convey a marketing message to a target audience;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and metrics;
• Creative thinking;
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI etc);
• At least upper intermediate English level (all work communication in English).

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creating task briefs, managing designers workload, and setting priorities using Airtable;
• Developing creative ideas to attract new users on paid & organic channels;
• Researching creative trends in the industry;
• Aligning visual style across different marketing channels;
• Reviewing performance data to make creatives that improve main marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA);
• Work closely with designers and performance marketing managers.
