Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.
HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
- Creates subcontract solicitations
- Supports proposal efforts
- Negotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
- Reviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
- Compiles reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
- Works with other program and functional area staff
- Ensures compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
- Participates in and/or manages special projects as required
- EducationBachelor's degree
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Administration
- Required Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint
- Role Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS. Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract administration.

- Location: This is a hybrid position working from our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite for a minimum of three (3) days a week.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $74,335. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
