Our work depends on a Program Analyst Advisor joining our program to own and manage the risk management process and to work proactively, collaboratively, and with an entrepreneurial spirit in providing O&M support to the customer and their Stakeholder communities in achieving their critical missions.
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
● Identify all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIOM) that impact the program
● Meet with government peers and represent program at risk forums
● Work with technical teams to develop risk plans
● Contribute to Measurement & Analysis processes; facilitate monthly program management reviews
● Solicit and organize various inputs (KPIs, metrics) from program teams
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability)
● Required Skills and Abilities: Good communication and problem solving, skills; familiarity with MS Office suite tools and automated analytical tools
● Preferred Skills: 10+ years of related experience; degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline; experience with ITIL Risk Management, Service Delivery processes, and SalesForce
