United States onlyGDIT is seeking a dynamic HPC expert to provide data analysis and expert recommendations to advance utilization of HPC resources. As an HPC SME, you will join a team of innovative and savvy engineers and computational scientists. The position is remote with occasional travel for meetings.
Requirements
- 20+ years of related HPC experience
- PhD (nice to have)
- Experience analyzing solutions components, understanding systems integration challenges, and identifying technology gaps that must be resolved to reach performance targets and functionality requirements.
- Innovative mindset: Push to understand needs in-depth and think broadly and creatively about solutions.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with commonly used HPC applications and services (i.e., schedulers, high performance file systems, modules for installing applications, compilers, MPI, OpenMP, profiling tools)
- Security Clearance Level: Secret
- Experience working independently on projects, which includes meeting the schedule on time and managing customer expectations.
