The General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) is seeking a Director of Financial Support Services to provide financial leadership and operational support to affiliated organizations. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, finance, or a related field and experience in nonprofit accounting, multi-entity environments, and GAAP compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience in nonprofit accounting, multi-entity environments, shared services, or advisory/consulting roles required
- Faith-based or mission-driven experience strongly preferred
