Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development within the aesthetic, medical device, skincare, or spa industries.
- Strong background in consultative sales with a focus on business growth and customer retention.
- Proven success in training, onboarding, and developing client partnerships both virtually and in person.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across all customer levels from estheticians to owners.
- Analytical mindset — able to interpret purchasing and performance data to create actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
