We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to support our Partnerships Department by ensuring our CRM system (Zoho) is updated daily with real-time, high-quality data. This role is critical in helping us maintain accurate invoice records, streamline reporting, and support the team’s overall visibility on job activity.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles.
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written).
  • Professional and responsive communicator – especially via phone, email, and messaging.
