The Compliance Specialist will support our education and events team as the global super user for Surgical Visualization and Guidance. The primary responsibility of this individual is to collaborate with key stakeholders to manage a large portfolio of KOLs activities, our global events and grants that need to be entered in AST. The ideal candidate will be well organized and have good communication skills. Job Description
Essential Job Duties
Plan and coordinate compliance-related events such as training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Records all regional and global events per the GEHC guidelines into AST working with the regional SVG and GEHC compliance teams
Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements during events.
Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent application of compliance standards.
Work closely with the various USCAN, EMEA, APAC to understand the regional variations
Provide guidance and training to collaborators on compliance matters.
Responsible for creating, delivering, and presenting continued education content on the compliance, education and KOL events.
Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Review and understand the GIP Policy (Global interaction Policy)
Remain up to date on latest updates to GE Healthcare Compliance Policy and Procedures
Participate in training on the Aggregate Spend Tool (AST) workflow management system as provided by the IPP COE team members as a super user.
Respond to questions and requests from the IPP COE as needed.
Experience
2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or a related field
Experience with global healthcare regulatory compliance
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, regulatory affairs, or healthcare.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $107,360.00-$161,040.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
