LocaliQ is looking for a PPC Analyst Account Manager to build, maintain, and grow client relationships by managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Simpli.fi, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn). The primary focus is to help clients achieve and exceed their marketing goals through strategic planning and data-driven analysis. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, partner closely with sales, and deliver solutions that maximize ROI. This role requires adaptability in a fast-changing marketing landscape. You will collaborate across teams, adjust strategy as needed, and keep programs responsive to client priorities.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships by building trust, communicating transparently, and delivering results against shared business objectives.
  • Align on goals, manage expectations, and coordinate internal partner teams to deliver the agreed approach.
  • Run regular performance reviews (weekly/monthly) that connect results to client goals and clearly communicate wins, risks, and next steps.
  • Translate client objectives into media strategies and campaign implementation plans.
  • Partner with Sales and Optimization to execute strategy, optimize performance, and exceed client business goals.
  • Advise clients on near-term and upcoming strategies to improve performance and results.
  • Maintain a consistent marketing message across channels (search, display, social, and owned/operated digital and print).
  • Use CRM, ad platforms, and LocaliQ proprietary tools daily to manage workflows and support campaign execution.
  • Monitor daily performance, identify trends, discuss results with clients, and recommend optimizations and new tactics.
  • Coordinate with ad operations and digital solutions teams to deliver on client objectives and resolve issues quickly.

Key Skillset Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly master business processes, marketing and technology concepts
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management
  • Mastery of key technologies and systems to review and advise on digital marketing campaigns
  • Advanced capabilities to effectively understand and speak toward digital advertising campaigns –Search, Display, Marketing Management Systems, traditional marketing endeavors etc.
  • Strong technical skills to recommend, adjust, and continually improve campaigns across their lifecycle.
  • Experience with digital marketing publishing systems and related workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate understanding of how retail/service media, sales, and operations work together to successfully drive a business
  • Proven track record in relationship building and account management
  • Works efficiently and continuously improves processes and workflows
  • Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills required

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in general business, economics, finance, marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or English
  • 5+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
  • Must have 6+ years of client facing service/account management experience
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified
  • A collaborative leader who sets the standard and stays composed while resolving complex issues

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000, and $75,000.  Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
