Inside Sales Representative (Events) Community Choice LocaliQ is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Events) to help local businesses grow their visibility and revenue through event-based advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. This role owns the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to presenting solutions and closing new business. This is a high-performance sales opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by uncapped commission potential. You’ll be supported with industry-leading training and sales tools within a growing organization aligned with USA TODAY

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account acquisition preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$65,000

The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
