The Creative Services Account and Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of sponsorship, content, and creative campaigns and programs across multiple media platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media. This role manages the full lifecycle of premium level campaigns in both content and creative media from pre-sales strategy through post sales execution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, both internal and external, as well as leadership; providing status reports, managing timelines and expectations, and executing campaign launches in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute sponsorship and creative content programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in building and implementing marketing and advertising solutions, including content sponsorship, branded content, and creative media campaigns
- Manage project timelines, campaign set up, promotional creatives, and ongoing campaign maintenance
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, acting as the lead voice in meetings, calls, and written communication
- Providing status reports in regular meetings and written communication
- eport on key account and campaign metrics for campaigns
- Aligning all stakeholders with clients’ goals, objectives, and expectations
- Identify and implement strategies for program success, renewal, and growth while proactively addressing challenges
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, both internal and external
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders (i.e. sales, post-sales, ad operations, editorial, product, client solutions, and creative teams) to drive project success and completion
- Ensure budgets and statements of work are maintained, and resources are prioritized according to project needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, business, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital/multi-media projector account management, ideally within a major publisher, agency, or creative organization
- Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Understanding video, print, and digital media platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independly

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000, and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
