As a Technical Project Manager at Gainwell, be part of Medicaid Management Information Systems MMIS team, with deep expertise in the SDLC—particularly requirements through development. Collaborates closely with Development, System Administration, Architecture, DBA, Release Management, and Project Management to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of MMIS projects, including coordination of timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and defect resolution
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering alignment across business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- 6 years or more experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- Proven experience of Project Management, managing software development, working alongside teams that support cloud technologies (AWS) or cloud migration projects (working with AppDev teams in Cloud delivery model/ AWS preferred)
- Experience in IT application development and infrastructure solution integration
- Proven experience delivering projects using project management practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint/Teams)
- Client facing, and able to adapt to client process, working with client PMs
- PMP certification preferred
