Summary
Leads the company's key client implementation initiatives through our global delivery networks with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to our clients. Ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets contractual specifications. Provides decisive leadership across delivery teams, owns executive‑level client communication, and serves as the final authority for delivery tradeoffs required to protect client outcomes and contractual obligations. This role serves as the Engagement Lead for complex client implementations, including highly regulated Medicaid Enterprise environments, acting as the primary client leadership partner and single point of accountability through successful delivery and outcomes.
Your role in our mission
- Applies and reinforces the company’s delivery model within assigned engagements and provides feedback and recommendations based on implementation learnings.
- Evaluates effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts, delivery, and effectiveness. Recommends methods to increase performance and delivery standards.
- Provides delivery input into proposals and change requests related to assigned engagements.
- Partners with legal and financial teams to assess compliance with legal and financial standards and best practices. Ensures delivery model adheres to standards, policies, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Direct and oversees engagement‑level delivery budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual and portfolio financial targets.
- Works with Portfolio Management, Delivery, Marketing/Sales, and Client Relationship Management executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology with company and customer needs.
- Partners with Sales and Account teams to ensure successful transition from sale to delivery and alignment to contracted commitments.
- Ensure that delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs budgeted in contracts or internal planning activities.
- Accountable for overall client engagement and program end‑to‑end outcomes; owns commitments, risk posture, governance decisions.
- Builds and sustains senior‑level client relationships that drive confidence, transparency, and long‑term partnership.
- Leads clients through complex change, aligning delivery outcomes to strategic business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and leadership success.
- 15 or more years of related experience.
- 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included.
- Experience leading client delivery for public sector or Medicaid Enterprise programs (e.g., MMIS, MES, Eligibility, or related Medicaid programs), including work with state agencies and complex regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating as the point of accountability in high‑visibility situations.
What You Should Expect In This Role
- This position is 100% remote with up to 15% travel annually.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $127,400 - $182,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
