Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

  • Support workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge as Provider and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical staff to transform requirements into real results.
  • Work across teams and monitor project teams members to plan, design and improve complex business processes and modifications.
  • Support quality control as you approve and validate test result to verify that all requirements have been met.
  • Assist Gainwell leadership and functional Advisors to innovate and streamline business solutions and technology enabled business models to implement CMS mandated or State directed initiatives.
  • Analyze current business processes and determine new processes to solve complex Healthcare initiatives more effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing at all Gainwell and client management levels.

What we're looking for

Education - Bachelors/Masters

6+ years’ experience

  • Through self-directed activities act as a liaison between client and technical groups, using superior communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements.
  • Apply industry-specific expertise to recommend and coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a client’s business systems, processes, and products using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
  • Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions. Influence the strategic direction of clients.
  • Support analysis teams on large projects. Lead requirements management and change management processes.
  • Support development of visualization, and user experience elements of solution design.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to manage scope, schedule, budgets and expectations.
  • Support business studies and present study results to the company and client senior management.
  • Support and coordinate and participate in proposals, feasibility studies, and new business development activities.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated Provider Experience: Proven track record showcasing expertise and competencies in delivering services or solutions.
  • Support Provider subject matter expert, possessing a comprehensive understanding from both business and system perspectives.
  • Client Interaction: Strong ability to interact effectively with clients, understanding needs, and providing appropriate provider solutions or services.
  • Service Delivery: Proficient in delivering high-quality provider services, meeting client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and technical groups by engaging in self-directed activities.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to gather, document, analyze and validate requirements effectively.
  • Leads analysis efforts, collaborating with teams to gather requirements and devise innovative design solutions.
  • Accurately estimate project resources and deliver effective resource assessments.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
