Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, payments, accounting, analytics, or similar numerical roles
- Strong comfort working with numbers and calculations
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
- Basic understanding of exchange rates and currency conversion
- Exposure to financial markets, payments, or fintech environments
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Fluent Russian and working-level English
