Fullscript is an industry-leading health technology company seeking a Practice Growth Specialist to manage practitioner relationships and guide onboarding, adoption, and growth. The role involves conducting calls, meetings, and training sessions to support practitioner understanding and use of the platform.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting customer calls, trainings, or presentations
- Ability to manage a book of business and prioritize work across multiple accounts
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple offerings
