Requirements
Responsibilities
Support the Design Director to execute the following:
- Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions for experiential retail, pop-ups, store design, visual merchandising, window design, floor fixtures, wall displays, endcaps and signage
- Collaborate in the development and execution for visual merchandising fixture design, store design, and one-of a kind retail experiences
- Create comprehensive Design-Turn-Over drawings, Guidelines and directives for clients and third-party vendors
- Support creation of briefs and mock-ups for internal concept development and review
- Understand how to adapt designs across channels and various markets
- Partner with cross-functional teams for creation of channel and market specific graphics and copy/language
- Ability to comprehend and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Support all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out support
- Present ideas and participate in key brainstorms/meetings
Qualifications
- Mid-Senior level designer
- 3-5 years of related experience in 3D, experiential design, store design and visual merchandising
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas through 2D drawings and 3D renderings
- Proficient in Rhino & Keyshot
- Proficient in visualization
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Knowledge of execution and creation of design turn over drawings
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to share and communicate strategy
- Excellent project and time management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience in Beauty VM and retail is preferred
- Experience with Sephora and/ or Ulta VM design is preferred
- Knowledgeable in working with high-quality materials, finishes, furniture & fixtures to maintain the luxury image of brands
- This position is fully remote
