ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Website Marketing Manager at Freed, you will play a key role in formulating, leading, and executing the website strategy to drive free trials and leads at the top of the funnel while accelerating conversions throughout the customer journey. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is critical to accelerating conversions across the website through the creation of engaging content and user experience, running rapid experiments, and optimizing the customer journey at each stage of the funnel.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT

  • Make our website a high-performing SEO traffic and conversion engine while maintaining Freed’s visual and brand standards.

  • Work cross-functionally across marketing and other teams, including design, engineering, product marketing, and content, to manage a roadmap of projects that support marketing’s strategic initiatives.

  • Identify and prioritize experiments, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Enhance user engagement, drive customer acquisition, and maximize conversion rates for business growth and increased revenue.

  • Own the website roadmap to ensure timely launches of content and features that support programs and campaigns.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive optimization strategy for the website, with a focus on improving conversion rates and user experience.

  • Utilize experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies to test and validate hypotheses, ensuring continuous optimization of the website.

  • Develop processes and workflows to ensure efficient execution and alignment on priorities.

  • Use data-driven decision-making to recommend and implement improvements to the website's architecture, navigation, content, and overall user flow.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including user behavior, web analytics, and conversion funnel metrics, to derive actionable insights.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 6+ years of experience in website marketing; experience in the SaaS or health tech technology industry preferred.

  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, web design best practices, and conversion funnel optimization.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms.

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS).

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including running experiments and making lightweight changes.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable outcomes.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.

  • Advanced proficiency in other web development languages and frameworks.

  • Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tools and techniques.

  • Background in competitive analysis and differentiation strategies.
