ABOUT THE ROLE

We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Americas, your role in partnering with engineering, marketing and product management will be key to selling solutions that impact industries across all vertical markets. This is a remote-based role, open to candidates located in the Boston area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be supporting our Key Account Managers with the following responsibilities:
- You will create new accounts in Navision and create and maintain new opportunities in Salesforce
- You will assist accounting with overdue payments
- You will provide lead time updates and ensure timely delivery of open POs
- You will generate sales reports as needed
- You will review customers’ backlogs
- You will respond to customer requests for technical information plus have full range of product knowledge and pursue any assigned leads (quotes, qualifying questions, send information, etc.)
- You will comply with supplier’s rules of engagement, non-military approvals, forms etc.
- You will quote and respond to requests for all standard product RFQ’s and all University requests
- You will manage channel partners, price updates, POs, RFQs and any incoming voicemail requests
- You will qualify leads assigned - this may involve website search, financial review, LinkedIn search and more
- You will nurture new accounts then turn over to Outside Sales when conditions are met
YOUR PROFILE
Besides having a strong affinity towards technology and sales,
- You have gained experience in a customer focused role in the technology industry, ideally supporting in a B2B solution selling environment
- You have experience using tools such as Salesforce and Navision ERP
- You live great team spirit and people skills to work closely with your outside sales partner
- You have experience in translating customer needs into product offerings
- You are able to maintain profit goals
- You have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and have strong attention to detail
- You are proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- You have the ability to understand legal documents/agreements/contracts
- Your business skills and product knowledge will be recognized by customers, which enables building trust and long-term relationships with them
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You are passionate about new technologies and agile ways of working
