About FOX Rehabilitation
We are a clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and exercise physiologists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Since our founding in 1998, our mission has been to rehabilitate lives by believing in the strength of people. We empower our clinicians to provide clinically excellent care to our older adult patients, allowing them to achieve what they once thought impossible: optimal function to live their lives to the fullest. Our practice has always stayed true to this mission, giving our clinicians the autonomy to deliver care through evidence-based interventions and best practice guidelines. We believe that every single one of our colleagues is equally important to our success, and we've cultivated a culture of respect, hard work, and mutual support.
What began as a simple practice offering house calls to older adults under Medicare Part B has grown into a multi-state, regional resource of autonomous clinicians. We go directly to our patients, providing therapy that is proactive, evidence-based, and focused solely on geriatrics. This one-on-one approach allows for the development of long-term relationships and treatment plans tailored to the individual's home environment. We are proud to partner and collaborate with academic institutions like Temple University and Thomas Jefferson University for continuing education, and we contribute to our professional body of knowledge through research. We are honored to be a part of our patients' journeys, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our fight is to abolish ageism, and we do that by helping our patients live stronger, more independent lives.
